I love to eat at HuHot Mongolian Grill.

I use to save this indulgence for the

occassional GNO (girl's night out)

however now that Miss Hannah has grown a love

for the flavor we may get to frequent the grill more often.

Hannah attended her first KSU Classy Cat Dance Clinic this weekend.  She was so excited to go and to wear her Purple Pride.

I was so proud of how confident Hannah was.  She only knew one other girl attending the clinic. When I was a kid that would have been mighty intimidating, but not for my Hannah.

She was all smiles.  So happy to perform a new routine.

Hopefully this will spur on a desire to continue with dance.

Blizzard of Oz

We have been praying for the last year for rain
and God blessed us with a major winter storm
that brought over 9 inches of snow to our area. 
Schools were shut down. 
My work closed down due to the hazardous road conditions. 
So, we got to spend a few snow days at home.

Our crazy dog loves the snow.

Matthew and Hannah spent the whole afternoon
out playing in the snow.

Could not avoid it.

I was blessed with Influenza A.
Yes, I did have my flu shot.
Yes, I started Tamiflu (within 12 hours of becoming sick).
The flu hit hard and fast.
Yesterday, I was enjoying a beautiful 60 degree day spent outside with my kids.  Long walks and playing at the park.
Today, I am quarantined to my couch.  Praying that the rest of the family isn't blessed with this same bug.

Ordinary Days.

Some of my favorite moments are when I catch my kids bonding, even if it is over an App on the I-Pad.

New Found Love.

Matthew has found a love for reading. 
He has found a book series that have peaked his interest. 
 His latest book was one that he just simply could not put down.
