Damages.

We had a terrible storm Wednesday night.  We were in Severe Thunderstorm Warnings and Tornado Warnings throughout the evening.  The worst part was the hail storm that came through in the early evening.  It ranged from golfball to softball size and lasted nearly 10 minutes.  Our neighborhood got hammered by this storm. The siding, roof, window and vehicle damage is everywhere and left no home in our neighborhood untouched. We even watched a funnel cloud form just south of our house and move northeast across town.  It was massive and I shudder to think of what it would have done if it had touched down.  It was amazing to watch.

Our vehicles took on some major hail damage.

Our new roof took some major hits.

Our yard was littered with debris from the trees.

We are now awaiting the insurance adjuster to come and evaluate our siding, windows, roof and all the other areas affected.

North of our area, there were reports of 5-9 inches of rain.
It was pretty evident by the rise in Mud Creek.
